6 Steps to improve your posture

Jan 2, 2020

Have you stopped and paid attention to your posture today?

In addition to causing back pain, a bad posture increases the risk of muscle degeneration. Thinking about your well-being, we have created a list of 6 tips for you to improve your posture and, subsequently, your quality of life.

Everyone can have a good posture

1. Regardless of whether you are sitting or standing, always maintain your abdomen tight.

2. So that you do not overload your neck, maintain your chin parallel to the ground and look horizontally.

3. To straighten your shoulders, cross your fingers behind your back bringing them in the direction of the floor as if you are opening your chest.

4. If you use handbags, try to alternate them from each shoulder more often. However, the ideal is to use backpacks, since the division of the weight does not corroborate with the overloading of your back.

Now that you are aware of the importance of maintaining a good posture, try to practice these tips and be sure to seek a professional to give your proper treatment.
